A New Beginning
Ziyech’s time at Stamford Bridge was marked by limited appearances and a failed move to Ligue 1 giants PSG due to a technical issue with his paperwork. The former Ajax star, who joined Chelsea for a fee believed to be in the region of €40 million, has struggled to replicate the form that once made him one of Europe’s most sought-after players.
However, the move to Al-Nassr presents an opportunity for Ziyech to reignite his career. He will be joining a team that includes Cristiano Ronaldo, who pioneered the trend of big names leaving Europe for the riches on offer in Saudi Arabia.

Chelsea’s Summer Exodus
Ziyech’s departure is part of a larger exodus at Chelsea. Several players, including Havertz, Koulibaly, Kovacic, and Mendy, have already left the club. Noni Madueke and Christopher Nkunku have joined Chelsea, likely as replacements for departing players. Mauricio Pochettino, the club’s coach, is reshaping the squad he inherited from Frank Lampard, with several more departures expected soon.
