Chelsea’s summer exodus continues with Havertz, Ziyech, Koulibaly, Kovacic and Mendy already off the books. Mason Mount seems to be off to Manchester United as well. Another one to leave could be Ruben Loftus-Cheek who is gaining interest from AC Milan.
Milan’s Sandro Tonali is off to Newcastle United and Loftus-Cheek is seen as the ideal replacement in Italy. Chelsea currently value him at £25 million, but Milan are hoping to reduce the fee to around £15 million, with the player in his final year of the contract.
Loftus-Cheek made 33 appearances for the Blues last season but did not score a single goal for the London club. He did register 2 assists but his poor performances have resulted in Chelsea performing much below their usual level. If he decides to leave, he will end a 9-year relationship with the club.
