Chelsea is reportedly considering making a bid for Milan’s goalkeeper Mike Maignan. The English club has been in touch with the player’s agents and is contemplating a valuation around €60 million.
Milan Stance on Maignan
However, it seems that the road to Maignan’s transfer is not as smooth as Chelsea might have hoped. According to L’Équipe, Milan views the player as non-transferable and therefore not on the market. This stance is also echoed by Antonio Vitiello, a journalist with close ties to Milan’s affairs.

Contract Renewal on the Horizon?
Interestingly, there were talks of a contract renewal for Maignan before the dismissal of the Maldini-Massara duo. This discussion could potentially be continued by Milan’s new management. As per reports from renowned football journalist Fabrizio Romano, the club has no intention of selling its best players. Instead, Milan aims to strengthen the team.
