Bayern München secured a thrilling 4-3 Champions League victory over Real Madrid, capped by a dramatic late turnaround at the Allianz Arena.

The Allianz Arena hosted a classic European encounter on April 15. Bayern entered the match sitting second in the group, while Real Madrid arrived needing points to improve their ninth-place standing.

The match exploded into life immediately. Arda Güler silenced the home crowd by scoring for the visitors in the very first minute.

Bayern responded quickly through Aleksandar Pavlović. He leveled the scoreline in the 6th minute to restore parity for the German side.

The frantic pace continued throughout the first half. Güler struck again in the 29th minute to put Real Madrid back in front at 2-1.

Bayern captain Harry Kane refused to let his team fall behind for long. The striker found the net in the 38th minute, equalizing once more.

Just before the break, Kylian Mbappé fired Real Madrid ahead again. His 42nd-minute goal sent the visitors into halftime leading 3-2.

The second half required a shift in approach from the hosts. Bayern dominated possession, looking for a way back against a stubborn defensive block.

Tensions rose as the clock ticked down. Real Madrid’s discipline faltered, leading to a red card for Eduardo Camavinga in the 86th minute.

Bayern capitalized on the numerical advantage immediately. Luis Díaz found the equalizer in the 89th minute, setting the stage for a frantic finale.

Michael Olise became the hero in stoppage time. He scored in the 94th minute to complete the comeback and seal a 4-3 win.

Bayern controlled the game with 69% possession and 20 total shots compared to Madrid’s 12. Despite Madrid’s higher expected goals of 2.27, Bayern’s persistence proved decisive.

This result strengthens Bayern’s position near the top of the table. For Real Madrid, the late collapse leaves them searching for answers as their Champions League campaign faces significant pressure.
